Manos Cardigan

Almost done! I basted it last night and was very happy with the fitting. It's a bit baggy on the model and I was hoping that it would be a bit more tailored than the picture in the magazine. Is it just me or do most knitters always worry, even if just a little, about the final results of sweaters?

Nice work! That sure looks like Oscar de la Renta to be! Thanks for coming by to my blog, in my last post I wrote about a beautyful japanese knitting magazine, Keitodama, which I got from my aunt. Great models.

Hi Jackie,
I like your blog! I found you through "The Keyboard Biologist Knits"...I see on her map you live in Loves Park, I am in Freeport.
Which LYS do you frequent-Unique Yarns (my favorite!) or Yarn Sellar?
Do you know of any knit groups in the Rockford area? I belong to one group here in Freeport that meets once a month, and I know Yarn Sellar has a morning knit-in (I'd prefer evening/weekend), but that's it.
Nice to "meet" you!

Thanks for leaving a shout-out on my Frappr! map. I'm glad to have found your blog.
